General Information

  • The wonderful climate allows a twelve month holiday season.
  • The villa is an half-hour drive from Arrecife airport.
  • The villa is five minutes drive from the centre of Playa Blanca.
  • Car hire is strongly recommended for your stay.
  • A complimentary "welcome pack" is provided. Please look in the "kitchen" section for details.
  • There is a small parade of shops within easy walking distance of the villa including lovely Italian and Chinese restaurants, 2 patisserie/bakeries, 2 small bars and a supermarket, etc.
  • Changeover day is normally Thursday although other arrangements and long lets will be considered.
  • The villa is strictly non-smoking.
  • No single-sex groups or stag parties.
  • Unfortunately pets are not allowed.
  • The villa has been fitted with charming aluminium shutters with integral mosquito nets.
  • The villa is managed locally - cleaning, pool maintenance and gardening.
  • A midweek clean of the villa can be provided at a small additional charge.
  • All towels and bed linen are provided.
  • Bed linen is changed weekly.
  • Towels are changed mid-weekly and weekly.
  • Beach towels are not provided.
  • A hair drier, iron and ironing board are provided as well as a clothes airer.
  • A small children's table and chairs is provided for the younger guests should it be needed.
  • Any additional baby/young children’s equipment can be hired at a small additional charge.
  • The nearby new 5* Rubicon Palace Hotel welcomes non-resident guests. The food is excellent and the entertainment afterwards is high quality and free!!
